The electric car of our Summer Camp surprises the engineers of the Formula Student.

Open day in the automotive sector.

This week the annual meeting of the Formula Student was held, a competition between students from universities around the world that promotes excellence in engineering through a competition based on the design, construction, and development of a single-seat vehicle.

Gestamp, as sponsor of the initiative, wanted to meet the engineers who competed this year and see the vehicles they had manufactured with such effort, dedication and innovation.

The ideal space for this could not be other than our GTI facilities, the training center for technical excellence where young people passionate about the industrial sector can learn by doing.

What was our surprise when the young engineers who came to present their prototypes showed real interest in seeing up close our electric vehicle manufactured by the children of our employees (8-12 years old) during the last Summer Camp.

We could see them fascinated by the simple solutions, the lightness, and the finishes, with which our young people manufactured a simple and efficient vehicle.
